FCM Second Vice-President Rebecca Bligh is a two-term Councillor in the City of Vancouver, Chair of Finance Committee, and a Director at the Metro Vancouver Regional District.
Rebecca has worked passionately at FCM on policy discussions related to the poisoned drug crisis, community safety initiatives and greater investments in housing in all communities across Canada. Rebecca brings her passion for transparent and consistent application of procedure and bylaws in her role as Chair of Governance and has supported the work of the committee through transformative work to modernize and improve board effectiveness.
Rebecca along with her partner Laura, live in Vancouver sharing in life adventures with their two adult children, Holly & Jackson, and their Bernese Mountain dog Kingsley.
